Overlooking the Besbre Valley and its castles of Beauvoir and Thoury, this former farmhouse has been transformed and modernized into a holiday home to accommodate large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy the countryside and its outdoor activities, the Le Pal amusement park, or the many other tourist attractions. You can also visit the owner's Charolais cattle farm located nearby.
Ground floor: a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, comprising a dining area and a lounge furnished near the old oven, offers a modern ambiance with some preserved historical features (bricks, wood, beams). A fully equipped kitchen allows for meal preparation.
There are four bedrooms: one bedroom (one double bed) with its own bathroom (shower and toilet) furnished with reclaimed wood from a former stable, two bedrooms (one double bed each), one bedroom (two single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet. For outdoor relaxation, you can enjoy a terrace, a garden, and simply a courtyard where, depending on the season, you can glimpse the castles of the Besbre Valley and the meadows with their Charolais herds. Bourbon-Lancy is 30 km away.
