Its central location allows you to do everything on foot, both in summer and winter.
With an area of approximately 32 m², this apartment offers a functional and comfortable setting for a mountain holiday. It features an independent ground-floor entrance, providing direct and convenient access.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a mountain corner with bunk beds for two additional guests, and a sofa bed (140x190) in the living room, allowing a total capacity of six people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, crepe maker, and raclette set for six people. A clothes drying rack and hairdryer are also available for added comfort.
A parking space is reserved for tenants.
This bright, well-laid-out, and very practical apartment is perfect for a family or friends’ stay, in the heart of Vars, just steps from the slopes and all amenities.
Please note: End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Bed linen and towels are optional (€16/person – please contact us). Pets are not allowed. All rentals are strictly non-smoking. Additionally, our agency offers ski equipment rental and ski pass booking to make your stay easier. The apartment also includes a ski locker. There is no assigned parking space, but free parking is available throughout the resort.
