The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers for rent a brand new, high-end chalet of 110 m², located just 300 meters from the Vars les Claux ski slopes, within the new Varsea chalet complex.

Spread over three levels without an elevator, the chalet includes a garage space and an additional uncovered outdoor parking space.

Upon entering, you will find a spacious reception hall with ample storage.

On the ground floor, the first sleeping area is accessible via a hallway to the right of the hall. It comprises two double bedrooms with 160 cm beds, one of which is equipped with a television. Both bedrooms have a desk area, ideal for working from home.

This level also includes a bathroom with double vanity and a separate toilet.

Also on the ground floor, accessible from the entrance hall, is a children's bedroom, a dedicated living space for younger guests, equipped with two bunk beds (one 90cm wide), a play area, a washbasin, and a shower.

On the first floor, you'll find the main living area, bright and airy, with east/west exposure. It comprises a dining area with a table seating up to eight people, a cozy living room with sofas and armchairs arranged around a fireplace, and a library. The living room is equipped with a television.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes: a refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, immersion blender, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, fondue set, raclette grill, and hot stone grill.

A separate toilet, a balcony, and a lovely terrace complete this level. On the top floor, a landing leads to the final sleeping area, comprising two double bedrooms with 140cm beds. One of the bedrooms has a television and its own en-suite bathroom with toilet. A second shower room is also accessible from the landing.
