Enclosed grounds of 4000 m² shared with the owners, including a 200 m² courtyard. Private garden of 65 m² and private terrace of 33 m².
Petrel court (12 x 3.80m). Private heated swimming pool (4 x 9m), open from May 13th to September 30th, 10 am to 8 pm (safety cover).
Laundry room located in the adjoining barn. Motorcycle garage available. Internet access via router. Air-conditioned cottage.
