White Forest Agency offers a superb new chalet of approximately 108m², ideally located in the heart of the Vars Les Claux resort. Just 300 meters from the shops and the snow front, it enjoys a prime location where everything can be done on foot, without needing to use the car. The nearest ski school is the ESF in the center.
Entirely designed in a logical and functional way, the chalet is first organized around a ski room, followed by a proper entrance leading into the property, designed to comfortably accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor, a first bedroom features a double bed (180x200); it benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC.
Going upstairs, you will discover a large, warm living area including a stove, a television, two sofas (one of which is convertible), as well as a fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and induction hob. A large extendable table allows you to easily share convivial meals with family or friends.
The upper floor hosts a double bedroom composed of two single beds pushed together with a mattress topper (90x200 x2), which can be separated or not depending on your needs, and equipped with a television. There is also a bedroom with a single bed (90x190) in a cozy space, as well as a final bedroom including a double bed (140x200) and a raised single bunk-style bed (120x200). An additional shower room and a separate WC complete this level.
This exceptional, brand-new chalet, tastefully decorated, is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. It features small balconies to enjoy the charming surroundings of the resort. Bed linen is included, beds are made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. The property has one parking space. The Agency also offers to collect your ski passes and provides a ski equipment rental service.
The ground floor bedroom does not yet appear in the photos, as it was still being fitted out when the pictures were taken. A games room will soon be set up in the chalet, equipped with arcade machines for everyone’s enjoyment.
