Located on the 5th floor of the Le Pastourlet residence, at the foot of the slopes in the upper part of Vars Les Claux, this brand-new 23 m² apartment offers a prime ski-in/ski-out location, with the Chemin des Italiens ski run passing directly at the foot of the building. It boasts magnificent views of the resort and the surrounding countryside, as well as a superb panorama of the Écrins mountain range, visible from its large balcony.
Ideal for 4 people, the apartment comprises a sleeping area with bunk beds (80 x 190 cm), a modern bathroom equipped with a heated towel rail and hairdryer, a separate WC, and a spacious and bright living area. The living room features a sofa bed (BZ type) with a double bed (140 cm) and a television.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave/oven, a dishwasher, a small refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. A comfortable and charming apartment, ideal for fully enjoying the mountains, summer or winter, in an exceptional setting.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included, and linens are optional (sheets and towels €16/person), please contact us for details. Pets are not allowed. All our rentals are strictly non-smoking.
The apartment has a ski locker. There is no assigned parking space, but parking is free throughout the resort.
