Its owners will be happy to welcome you and share with you their passion for wine as well as the history of this family estate which spans more than five generations. A few minutes from Saumur, this renovated seasonal rental with neat decoration consists, on the ground floor: - Of an entrance with a large storage unit - Of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen ( fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, blender, coffee maker, kettle, etc., dining area and living room with sofas and pull-out sofa bed 160 x 200cm. The television is not yet connected but possibility of using it via a chromecast. - Separate toilets with laundry area (washing machine/tumble dryer). Upstairs: - A spacious and bright first bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower - A second 16m² bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200cm and 1 extra trundle sofa bed 160 x 200cm - A separate bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate toilets This cottage can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to the extra bedding. For a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, the accommodation has a wood stove for your winter evenings and air conditioning for hot days. During your stay, the owners of this gîte will be delighted to offer you a private tour of their estate, as well as a tasting of their production (Saumur Champigny, Crémant de Loire, etc.) Accessible from the courtyard of the estate or from the street, this accommodation does not have an outdoor area or a barbecue. Possibility to park your vehicle in the street in front of the gîte. End-of-stay cleaning and linen rental services are optional and towels are not provided.
