Located in the Champagne-Bourgogne National Forest Park, an imposing 19th century property comprising two independent villas with a park planted with century-old trees and enclosed with 17,400 m².
In this bucolic, chic and maintained space, Villa 1892 is an important bourgeois house, known as a master's house. It owes its name to the date of its construction visible on its pediment. Its architecture is typical of the period with its bricks, cut stone, decorations, moldings and woodwork, completely renovated with care. It offers all modern comforts in a revisited Belle Époque atmosphere.

The Villas are committed to professional, sustainable and responsible tourism in the region. The activity has been awarded the demanding certification of the European Ecolabel (1st certified gîte in Côte d'Or), has obtained the "Esprit Parc National" brand as well as the Ecogestes mention from Gîtes de France.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Living room with marble fireplace and insert, wood is offered. Large living-dining room of 32m2 with 4 panoramic windows opening onto the park of the property. Beautiful high ceilings giving volume and elegance to the whole.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, queen size with its private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet), 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, queen size with its private bathroom (bathtub and toilet). 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, queen size and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) on the floor and 2 bunk beds (90 x 190). Italian shower room and toilet to be shared between these 2 bedrooms. Heating by aquathermie, wood for the fireplace and electricity are included, as are cleaning, household linen, bed linen and towels.

Villa 1892 is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Steps give access to the ground floor.

Baby equipment: travel cot with bed linen, towels, high chair, bathtub, reducer and food processor are available.

Outdoor games: table tennis, football cage, bicycles depending on availability, bowling, pétanque, etc.

Private terrace and surroundings. Numerous and varied garden furniture. Large parking lot at the foot of Villa 1892. The fully preserved property includes a vegetable garden, an orchard, a greenhouse, a dovecote, a kennel, a bread oven and a fruit shop, all original and which will be carefully restored.

Villa 1892 and Villa des Promenades are 45m apart on the same property. They guarantee you total autonomy. This means that you can stay in the villa of your choice in complete safety and enjoy its entire estate and unique environment.
