Cottage located in the heart of the Sologne region, 2 hours from Paris, just 35 minutes from Orléans, 25 minutes from the Château de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, 20 minutes from the Marcilly-en-Villette Golf Course, 15 minutes from the Loire River ferry crossings in Sigloy, and 9 minutes from shops in Tigy...

Peaceful setting in the middle of the forest on a 13-hectare property with a 1.5-hectare pond (carp fishing possible). Ideally located for hiking or cycling (bikes available on site) and visiting the Sologne castles. 74 m² single-story cottage with:

- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room,

- two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 cm double bed and Bedroom 2 with three 90x190 cm single beds (two of which can be joined to make a 180x190 cm double bed),

- a separate shower room (shower, sink),

- a separate toilet

The cottage can also be rented for 7 people with an additional bedroom and shower room (Rent Ref. H45G030447).
