At the crossroads of Ancenis, Nantes, and Châteaubriant, in the heart of nature, 300 meters from the Erdre River (fishing possible), peace and quiet await you in this renovated, detached traditional house, blending old and new. The cottage is surrounded by a vast 1-hectare area with sheep and goats, including a 470 m² private enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace and superb views of the valley.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, separate open-plan lounge, shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm bed, 2 and 3: 2 twin 90x200 cm beds), bathroom/toilet, and mezzanine (90x190 cm extra bed).
