You can enjoy a private swimming pool (3x11m) with its inviting pool deck, a covered terrace of approximately 32m², a garden with a pétanque court, and a garage for two cars.
The house comprises a large living area (with a 140cm sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.

There is a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a 140cm bed suitable for a child, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.
TV, WASHING MACHINE, AND BARBECUE ARE INCLUDED.
