First floor:
A very large open-plan living area with an American-style kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator. A filter coffee maker, a Magimix coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are also provided.

In the lounge area, there is a wood-burning stove and a television.
