- A bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit.
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs:

- A sleeping area with bunk beds and reading lights equipped with USB/ USB-C ports.
- A large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bedside tables with USB ports + standard outlets, and a large chest of drawers.
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit, and toilet.
- A very large built-in wardrobe.
It also has a lovely balcony with a superb view.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.

This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
