- A well-equipped kitchen area with numerous appliances: dishwasher for a truly chore-free holiday, combination microwave/oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, etc.,
- A living area with a sofa (not a sofa bed), Smart TV, and Wi-Fi,
- A bathroom with a large shower, toilet, sink, and storage.

- A ski locker in a secure room (locked at night) and direct access to the slopes from the residence.

West-facing, in a quiet residence, ski-in/ski-out access, close to shops, with a ski school and equipment shop right next door.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:

- Bed linens, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishcloth, 1 garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.

Please note that:

- A security deposit, taken via credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival.

- The keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm and must be returned to the agency before 9 am on the day of your departure.

- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.

This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
