- a bedroom with two mezzanine beds with large storage space underneath,
- a bathroom with a shower, a shower head, a vanity sink, a washing machine, and a toilet,
- a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/grill, a dishwasher, and more,
- a dining area with an island,
- a living room with a smart TV, a non-convertible sofa, and Wi-Fi.

- Sheets, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 laundry tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 cloth, 1 trash bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

Please note that:
- A security deposit, via credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival via a link.

- The keys will be handed over to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on the day of your departure.

- The apartment will be delivered clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.), the penalty will be a compensation equal to 50% of the security deposit.

- This compensation will be used to clean the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
