For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following services:

- Sheets, towels, a set of two tea towels, one bath mat per bathroom, and a cleaning kit (one roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), six laundry detergent tablets, one sponge, dish soap, one dishcloth, one trash bag, and a multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

Please note that:
- A deposit, via credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival via a link.

- The keys will be handed over to the agency on the day of your arrival between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on the day of your departure.

- The apartment will be delivered to you clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking policy (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty of 50% of the security deposit.
This compensation will be used to clean the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
