This tastefully renovated character building with independent access comprises two gîtes separated by a barn, arranged on the ground floor and first floor.

Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room with fireplace. 2 bedrooms with old terracotta tiles (one queen-size bed and two single beds), shower room, and separate toilet, accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring (two double beds), and the third with four single beds. Bathroom. Shower room. Separate toilet. Baby equipment available: crib, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath.

Shared 500 m² enclosed courtyard and 800 m² unfenced garden with swings for both cottages. Parking. Covered shelter. The two cottages can be rented together for 15 people. Shared tumble dryer. Pets not allowed.

Bicycles can be stored in the porch adjoining the cottage. There are 2 spaces adjacent to the cottage and 3 in a parking lot in front of the agricultural shed. Sunday checkouts are possible until 4:00 [hidden]
