Description of the accommodation

Gite Val-Suzon, 1 bedroom, 4 persons - FR-1-819-568

A few kilometers from Saint-Seine l'Abbaye and the source of the Seine, and 15 km from Dijon, this independent, single-story cottage is located in the owners' house.

It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with original stone flooring and an open fireplace. There is a large living/dining room with a sofa and a double bed (140 cm). One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm). A lovely shower room and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

All utilities are included except during the low season (heating supplement, see below): linens, towels, dish towels, firewood, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are all included in the rates.

A heating supplement of €15/day applies from mid-October to the end of April.

Pets are not allowed.

Raclette and fondue sets, as well as board games, are available. Guests have access to a private, south-facing terrace and a large, fully enclosed 2000 m² shared courtyard. A garage is also available.

A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are provided.

Dijon-Prenois race track 8 km away. Road nearby.

Cottage located on the GR2 hiking trail along the Seine.
