The 13 vents gîte, in the heart of Anjou, has a magnificent view of the vineyards of the Layon valley! Warm atmosphere and comfort guaranteed in this cottage in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné (Val-du-Layon) with 4 bedrooms with private shower room.

In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, you will benefit from a privileged location to taste a good vintage in one of the surrounding wine estates (Quarts de Chaume, Savennières, etc.), explore the villages on the banks of the Loire at less 10 min (Chalonnes sur Loire, Béhuard Island, etc.) or hike through the vineyards (GR3 at 1.5km, 9km hike at 1km from the gîte).

The cottage is located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, 25 minutes from Angers, 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes and its famous machines and 50 minutes from Saumur, the capital of horse riding.
