This adjoining 62 m² room, ideal for family gatherings of up to 49 people, is reserved exclusively for gîte guests (with a supplement of €140/weekend and €46/day/week) or outside of gîte occupancy periods. Don't miss the traditional Perche cider house, with its delicatessen, 2 km away. For fly fishermen, the unmissable Moulin de Gémages is 500 meters away.
