The ground floor comprises a large living room (dining and lounge area, with TV and Wi-Fi) with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, etc.). The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a double sofa bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with a mezzanine bed (90 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). The bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor (sink and mirror). The mezzanine offers a fourth double bed (140 x 190 cm). The highlight of this lovely house is the large terrace with its summer kitchen and the swimming pool! Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency at the time of booking). The rental must be left clean.
An inventory of fixtures is carried out by the owner upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they consider to be inconsistent. The final inventory of fixtures must be scheduled with the owner on the morning of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
