Through the front door and hallway, you enter the living room opening onto the terrace overlooking the Untxin River. A kitchenette, a dining area, and a lounge area with two sofas, one of which is a 140x190cm sofa bed. The bedroom features a 140x200cm bed. Along the banks of the Untxin, you can walk or cycle to the beach, do your shopping, have a coffee, or buy your morning chocolatines! Free parking is available in front of the residence. Tourist residence ideally located close to shops and the beach. You will have access to its pleasant collective swimming pool surrounded by green spaces, accessible from April 15 to September 30, excluding any maintenance work, with a paddling pool for children.
