A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with WC completes this level.

Ground Floor:

A first small bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a child or a guest, and a second bedroom with a double bed, with a shower room and WC. Direct access to the terrace and pool is also available. Amenities & Services:

The house is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort and features high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The perfectly maintained salt-water pool is fenced for added security and opens with a gate.
