On the first floor, you will find a living room (sofas, TV), a master suite (double bed 140x200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds 90x190 cm), a triple bedroom (queen bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm), and two shower rooms with showers and toilets. On the second floor, you will find a 70 m² entertainment room with a bar featuring a beer tap, foosball, TV, DVD player, a library corner, casino games, board games, and children's games. Outside: enclosed grounds with private parking and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers), ping-pong table, darts, adult and children's bicycles. Electricity, heating, and linens (tea towels/tablecloth; napkins are not provided) are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival. In the heart of a village at the foot of the Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient and the Champagne vineyards, 5 minutes from Nigloland amusement park, and 15 minutes from Brienne-le-Château, Bar-sur-Aube, and Vendeuvre-sur-Barse, come and stay in this beautiful and spacious family home built of local stone. The owners live in an annex of the property and will be very discreet during your stay. From June to September (weather permitting), you can enjoy a 5x10 meter swimming pool (fenced and unheated) open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. To respect the neighbors, LOUD PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED.
