Located in the heart of the Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre vineyards, a few dozen kilometers from Bourges and Guédelon, the Domaine de la Charbonnière welcomes you to the countryside amidst vineyards, forests, and ponds: ideal for walking or cycling (Loire à Vélo).

The living room is comfortable and welcoming, and the four bedrooms upstairs are spacious: 1 bedroom, "La grange," with two single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with toilet; 2 bedrooms, "L'étang" and "Le chêne," each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a shower room with separate toilet; the "Cathedral" bedroom is a large family room that can accommodate four people, with a separate living room and outdoor balcony. There are two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed on the mezzanine and one with two single beds (90 cm)) and two shower rooms with toilets.

On-site parking, bed and bath linens provided, and breakfast included.

A kitchen is available in the common room. From June to September, weather permitting, a 9x4m swimming pool is available at times to be arranged with the owners.
