We offer a two-bedroom duplex apartment for rent near the sea and two city beaches. The 85 m² apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom, and a glazed utility balcony. The first floor houses only the living room. There is no elevator in the building! The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and bedrooms. Spanish TV and wireless internet are available. The area has well-developed amenities. The Consum supermarket is 300 meters away, the nearest bar is just 50 meters away, and the sea and two city beaches, Los Locos and Del Cura, are approximately 500 meters away. The city bus station is 900 meters away. Accommodation is available for up to 4 people (no pets!). Smoking is strictly prohibited! Fine: 200 euros!
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A €20 fee applies for check-ins or check-outs outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. A €200 deposit is required upon check-in.
