We offer this apartment for rent in the "Atalayas I" complex near Los Locos Beach. This 80 m² apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, an American kitchen, two bathrooms, and a balcony with city and sea views. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, and wireless internet are available. The complex has its own green area with a swimming pool for adults and children. The sea and Los Locos Beach are 150 meters away. A Consum supermarket is within walking distance, and there are numerous bars and restaurants along the coast. Accommodations: up to 4 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Violations will incur a fine of €200. A €200 deposit is required upon check-in. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A 20 euro fee applies for check-ins and check-outs outside of company/office working hours, including Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.
