We offer for tourist rent an apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The apartment is 58 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket "Consum" is 150 meters away, the bus station is 600 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sea and Del Cura beach are 250 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! For violation - a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
