We offer for rent a cozy, bright one-bedroom apartment in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance from the sea and two beaches! The 66 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and a small courtyard. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: new furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. There is outdoor furniture on the balcony and in the courtyard. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the supermarkets "Consum" and "Masymas" 200 meters, to the round-the-clock pharmacy 250 meters. Within a radius of two hundred meters there are several bars and restaurants. The sea and the popular city beaches of Del Cura and Los Locos are only 300 meters away! Accommodation option - up to three people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the yard!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
