MAIN FLOOR
- Fully furnished and equipped kitchen-dining room equipped with appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, as well as cutlery and kitchenware necessary for your stay.
- Spacious living room with fireplace (Non Functional), TV, two sofas and several armchairs and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom A with single bed, pullout extra bed and air conditioning.
- Inner courtyard with table and chairs.
- Entrance porch to the house with several armchairs and table ideal for aperitifs.

FIRST FLOOR
- Bedroom B with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom C with double bed, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.
- Bedroom D with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.

SECOND FLOOR - Solarium
- Laundry area with washing machine and cleaning products.
- Large solarium with sunbeds for sunbathing and barbecue area with dining table and views of the garden and pool.

OUTSIDE
Communal swimming pool with garden. The swimming pool is not open all year round, it will be closed during the winter months (from October to June included).
