Additionally, it has two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds of 90 cm, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious living-dining room and a second bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, you also have a parking space.

The building has a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling down during the summer season, subject to the regulations of the owners' community. The use of the padel court is not permitted.
