This traditional longhouse, located 150 meters from a 60-hectare private pond, will charm you with its architecture and setting. It features an open-plan kitchen/living room, one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), one bedroom with one single bed (90x190cm) and one double bed (160x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A cot and high chair are also provided. The property overlooks the pond and sits on 1000m² of unfenced land. Close to the Canal du Nivernais, a popular spot for boating enthusiasts and cyclists alike, the greenway runs alongside the towpath. A foosball table and ping-pong table are available. The property is equidistant from the lakes of the Morvan region, including Settons and Pannecière, as well as Vézelay, Châtillon-en-Bazois (with its castle and local produce), and the medieval village of Apremont (Cher). 20 km from La Machine and its Mining Museum. 37 km from Nevers, a city of art and history, and near the Nevers-Magny-Cours race track.
