In the heart of Val Claret, this 70 m², two-bedroom apartment is located on the 8th floor with elevator and a parking space (Sefcotel).
Beautiful mountain views, with two large balconies, south-facing. Close to ESF ski lessons and ski-in/ski-out access.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with balcony featuring a 160 cm double bed and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds.
Living room with balcony: Sofa bed (140 cm sofa bed)
Bathrooms: One bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, plus a shower room in bedroom 1.
Kitchen: Ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Additional amenities:
Television, Wi-Fi included. Parking at the Sefcotel included (maximum height: 1.90 m).
No hairdryer.
Bed linens and towels included for stays of one week or more.
