The second, renovated area includes a bathroom with a shower (80x80cm), toilet, washing machine, and towel warmer, as well as a large double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, storage, and ventilation.

Outside, the houseboat has a furnished terrace with garden furniture and a gas griddle, perfect for enjoying sunny days and the view of the water.

Access between the different areas is via boat stairs.
