Your nature break, in the heart of the Perche sarthois, between La Ferté Bernard (the little Venice of the west) and Le Mans, in a rural setting, the cottage is surrounded by a meadow of more than one hectare.
Nadia and Jacky will be pleased to welcome you for a quiet stay with maximum comfort, 10 minutes walk from the village shops (supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, medical center, leisure area, dance hall ...).
The cottage is easily accessible from the motorway exit and Connerré train station 6 km away.

Mandatory cleaning fee and supplement 60 euros. Oil heating included
Pets accepted: 1 animal maximum accepted. Supplement of 10€ per animal and per day.
Fireplace wood supplement: 40€ per half stere.
You will have at your disposal a large choice of activities, in the surroundings (hiking trails, aquatic center, lakes, zoo, museums).
You can stock up on good local products, with the Coubrier farms, the Grand Bricoin and the Guichardière market less than 10 minutes from the cottage.
