In the peaceful hamlet of La Mouteyre, nestled between the Gévaudan and Margeride regions, Gilles and Geneviève welcome you to their fully renovated gîte. Passionate about sports and nature, the owners will share their favorite hiking and cycling routes with you. Two separate gîtes, one for 4 people and the other for 5, have been combined to offer you space and privacy during your stays with friends or families.

On-site: fishing 2 km away, wild berry and mushroom picking, hiking and mountain biking trails, marked trails 200 m from the gîte...

Nearby: Saugues 15 km away (swimming in a natural swimming pond, Tour des Anglais, Beast of Gévaudan Museum), Monistrol d'Allier 20 km away (supervised beach and whitewater sports). All shops and services are available in Saugues (15 km). The gîte features a fenced and landscaped lawn (200 m²) with a terrace, barbecue, and garden furniture. Large grounds behind the house (1000 m²).

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a TV area with a sofa bed, shower room with WC, then access to a living room with a wood-burning stove and TV, as well as a fitted kitchen.

First floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 5 single beds), a bathroom with WC, and a shower room with WC (accessible via two staircases with handrails).

The space can be divided into two separate living areas, each with bedrooms and bathrooms.

The owners allow guests of the gîte access to their private gym (table tennis, foosball, weight bench, rowing machines, stationary bike, etc.). Please note that the gym is not included in the gîte's amenities; the owners reserve the right to refuse access if the facilities are not respected.

Services included in the rental price of the gîte:

- central heating and instant hot water for 8 people.

- Electricity included.

- Firewood provided for the wood-burning stove.

- Free Wi-Fi access provided by the owner (unstable during storms).

- Baby equipment: cot and high chair.

Cleaning service: €100 (a €50 deposit will be required upon arrival if this option is not selected).

A €500 security deposit will be required upon arrival at the cottage.
