It features an open-plan fitted kitchen leading to a living/dining room, two bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed), a shower room, a toilet, a private terrace and garden of 60 m², parking, a travel cot and high chair, and secure bicycle storage.

Charges and supplements: Oil-fired central heating: €12/DAY from April 1st to May 10th and from September 20th to November 12th. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Additional consumption charges will be billed by the owner for business stays. Towels: €5/person. End-of-stay cleaning: €65.
