For nature lovers, this renovated cottage is located in a former bread oven on 2 hectares of land including the castle's former washhouse. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a baby crib, and a high chair. No Wi-Fi connection, but 4G reception is excellent. Parking and a large enclosed garden with a pétanque court, a small pond, and a washhouse are available. Bicycle storage is available. Pets are not allowed.
Numerous leisure activities and tourist attractions are nearby: fishing at the Cercey reservoir in the commune, hiking, the Burgundy Canal cycle route, Chailly golf course, the Auxois motor racing circuit, and the Pouilly-Maconge airfield. 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, the Alésia Museum Park, and the Morvan Regional Park. Boat cruises to Pouilly-en-Auxois. The castles of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. The Panthier and Grosbois reservoirs with seasonal beaches.
