Halfway between Le Mans and Tours (10 km from Château-du-Loir), on the A28 motorway, Château-du-Loir exit, Maryse and Philippe Cissé welcome you to their gîte on the edge of the Bercé forest, a designated exceptional forest, in the Loir Valley region. The gîte is situated on 3,000 m² of wooded grounds.

On the ground floor: a 40 m² living room with a TV lounge area and a fireplace with an insert, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, a billiard room, TV socket, and DVD player. On the first floor: two bedrooms with one double bed each, one bedroom with four single beds, two adjoining bedrooms with four single beds each, a shower room or bathroom, a toilet, and a TV socket in each bedroom. Electric heating. A terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, pétanque court, and laundry facilities are available. Parking and a closed garage are provided. A dairy farm is located on-site with free tours; you can even watch the milking. Hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking trails in the Bercé forest start 50 meters from the cottage. Bed linen can be rented (€10/bed) and towels (€8/person). Baby equipment is available.
Electricity and firewood are not included and must be paid directly to the owners upon departure. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.

Security deposit: €700.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €100 is payable upon booking or arrival.
