Description of the accommodation

Gite Thianges, 2 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-965

A peaceful, secluded cottage for 6 people offering unobstructed views of the Nièvre countryside and the Morvan mountains. The owners live on-site but are very discreet and offer complete privacy.

A private garden with a terrace and a shared heated outdoor swimming pool (8.50m x 4m) are available from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (please note that the owners will not use the pool while you are there). Depending on the weather, the pool is open from April to October.

Four adult electric mountain bikes and two children's bikes are also available (deposit required). Part of the garden is fenced for your pet. There is also a swing. Outside the enclosed private garden, dogs must be kept on a leash on the property.

The cottage is on one level and features an open-plan kitchen/living room with a TV, internet access, and a wood-burning stove. One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a desk area, and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
Bathroom with a large shower and toilet.

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and is accessible to people with reduced mobility: ground floor, shower seat, and toilet grab bar.
All-inclusive package: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), firewood provided free of charge, towels, kitchen linen, and bed linen with beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included (however, if the cottage is left dirty, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged).
Four adult electric mountain bikes and two children's bikes (non-electric) are available for loan: a €700 deposit will be required for the use of the electric mountain bikes.
One pet is accepted free of charge (€300 deposit).
Arrivals between Monday and Friday are self-check-in using a key box. The code will be emailed to you one week before your arrival. Accessible to people with reduced mobility: ground floor, shower seat and grab bar, toilet - suitable for 1 wheelchair
