Quiet, private cottage for 6 people offering unobstructed views of the Nièvre countryside
and the Morvan mountains. The owners are on-site but are very discreet and private.
The private garden with terrace, the heated outdoor swimming pool (8.50m x 4m) shared with the owners' family, is accessible from 9:00 [hidden] to 8:00 [hidden] (please note that the owners will not use the pool if you are there). Depending on the weather, the pool is open from April to October.
Four adult electric mountain bikes are also available (deposit required) as well as two children's bikes. Part of the garden is enclosed for your pet. There is a swing. Outside the private enclosed garden, dogs are required to be kept on a leash on the property.
The cottage is on one level and offers a kitchen open to the living room with a TV, internet, and a wood-burning stove. One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a desk area, and one bedroom with two bunk beds.
Bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and is accessible to people with reduced mobility: ground floor, shower seat, and toilet grab bar.
All-inclusive package: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), wood provided free of charge, bathroom linens, kitchen linens, and bed linens included, with beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning included (but if the cottage is left dirty, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged).
Loan of four adult electric mountain bikes and two children's bikes (without assistance): a €700 deposit will be required for the use of the electric mountain bikes.
One pet is welcome free of charge (€300 deposit). Accessible to people with reduced mobility: ground floor, shower seat, and toilet grab bar - OK 1 wheelchair
