Description of the accommodation

A peaceful, secluded cottage for 6 people with unobstructed views of the Nièvre countryside and the Morvan mountains. The owners live on-site but are very discreet and offer complete privacy.
The cottage is all on one level and features an open-plan kitchen/living room with TV, internet access, and a wood-burning stove. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a desk area, and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
The bathroom has a large shower and toilet. The accommodation is also accessible for people with reduced mobility: it is on one level and includes a shower seat and grab bars in the toilet.
There is a private garden with a terrace. The heated outdoor swimming pool (8.50m x 4m), shared with the owners' family, is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (please note that the owners will not use the pool while you are there). Depending on the weather, the pool is open from April to October.
Part of the garden is fenced for your pet. Swing. Outside the enclosed private garden, dogs must be kept on a leash on the property.
All-inclusive package: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), firewood provided free of charge, towels, kitchen linens, and bed linens included, with beds made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included (however, if the cottage is left dirty, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged).
Four adult electric mountain bikes and two children's bikes (non-electric) are available for loan: a €700 deposit will be required for the use of the electric mountain bikes.
One pet is welcome free of charge.
Arrivals between Monday and Friday are self-check-in using a key box. The code will be sent to you by email one week before your arrival. Accessible to people with reduced mobility: ground floor, shower seat and grab bar in the toilet - wheelchair accessible.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
