Discover this old farmhouse carefully furnished in soft tones. The right-hand part (without the gray shutters) has been renovated (terrace side), the other remains in outbuilding. Access to the entrance is via the terrace with a few steps. The distribution of all the rooms is on the same level. The entrance hallway leads to the bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. The living room consists of a dining room with 2 cozy armchairs and following, an open room overlooking the living room with the sofa. The fully equipped kitchen serves 2 bedrooms: One bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) and a second, family room for 4 people in a row: 1 room with 1 bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm) and 1 room with 2 beds for 1 person (90 x 190 cm). Oil heating and electricity not included. In fine weather, relax on the terrace or enjoy the large green space, part of which is fenced. Charcoal barbecue. Vichy 35 km. Gannat 19 km. Charroux 7 km.
