INTERIOR

This charming three-storey family townhouse offers a bedroom and bathroom on each level, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. The house is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.

Step through the entrance hall into a bright, welcoming interior. The spacious open-plan lounge features plush sofas, a large smart TV, and a dining table for six, with expansive patio windows filling the space with natural light and offering views of the pool and gardens. An adjoining kitchen is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease, whether a quick breakfast or a family feast.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom served by a separate shower room. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a king-size bedroom with an ensuite opens onto a private sun and dining terrace — an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second floor houses the third bedroom, also with its own ensuite shower room, ensuring comfort and privacy across all levels.

OUTSIDE AREAS
The townhouse features a lovely first-floor private terrace, accessed directly from the king-size bedroom. This sunny space is perfect for relaxing with a drink, enjoying a light meal at the dining table, or unwinding on the sunbeds while taking in panoramic views of the sparkling pool below and the picturesque town of Tavira. A traditional BBQ adds the perfect touch for al fresco dining and family gatherings.

The shared swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door of the house. Surrounded by lush lawns and Mediterranean gardens, the pool area is tranquil and exclusive to residents, providing a peaceful spot to splash around, soak up the sun, and enjoy quality family time.

This is a private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. Access to the house is level, but please note that the house has internal staircases to the 2 upper bedrooms, but for convenience, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor. 3 steps access to the pool area. Parking is within the grounds, but not specifically allocated, although is without a charge.
