Towards the back, a spacious dining area features a charming wooden table, ideal for meals with family or friends. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all essential appliances. And a cozy fireplace adds warmth for winter evening, while air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable during hot summer days. This ground floor also features a WC for added convenience.

Two bedrooms on the first and second floors provide a peaceful retreat with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and cosy king-size beds. Each has a private bathroom—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub and overhead shower—ensuring comfort and privacy.

ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs to enter the property but there are stairs within the property leading to both bedrooms, on both the first and second floor,
Parking is on the street, directly outside the house, free of charge and plentiful.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
• AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
• Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
• You will verify your personal details.
• You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
