Come and enjoy this very spacious cottage, ideally located in the heart of the village, allowing you to explore the Loire Valley region! Welcome to this charming, characterful 140 m² vintage-style farmhouse, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois, ideal for exploring the Loire Valley region and its châteaux!

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped laundry room with a tourist information point, a separate toilet with a washbasin, washing machine, and dryer. A step separates the rooms, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom (1 140x190 cm bed) which opens onto a bathroom and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments, and a television, and two suites, each with two 90x190 cm beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
Heating is included and linens are provided. You can enjoy a secluded, flower-filled courtyard and a garden that provides peace, quiet, and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.

Enclosed garage or car access in the courtyard. Your pets are welcome.

[A little clarification: swimming in the Loire is dangerous and therefore PROHIBITED; there are municipal swimming pools in Beaugency and Mer, and a large lake with supervised swimming on Charlemagne Island in Orléans.]

A €400 deposit will be required, plus a €300 deposit if pets are present.

Access is via the gate on Rue des Eaux Bleues, preferably in reverse.
