In the heart of the village, this self-contained cottage, attached to the owners' house, offers comfort and leisure activities nearby or in the surrounding area, including access to the owners' swimming pool.

Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom (shower/toilet).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilet.
Oil-fired central heating included.
The small, private courtyard, secured by a fence, provides access to the owner's swimming pool (8x4m, 1.10m to 1.80m at its deepest point, heated by solar panels and secured by a slatted cover). A private area for the cottage has also been created, with garden furniture and sun loungers.
For those who enjoy walks and scenic hikes, there is a hiking trail on site, "Circuit des Trois Forêts." CITYPARK is 200m from the cottage. A71 motorway 9 km away, exit 11.
