Garage (bicycles can be stored here). Large 160 m² courtyard and 500 m² enclosed garden. Garden furniture and barbecue. Pets not allowed.

Shops, golf, and tennis courts in the village. Château on site and in the surrounding area (Ancy-le-Franc, Maulnes), Hotel Dieu Marguerite de Bourgogne in Tonnerre and Fosse Dionne. The medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein is nearby. Chablis and Epineuil vineyards. Bike tours along the Burgundy Canal cycle route. Fishing is also possible.
