Nearby: Langeac (7 km) with all shops and services, supervised swimming in summer, adventure course, whitewater activities, mushroom picking, hiking, and mountain biking. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove).
First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), adjoining shower room, toilet, small mezzanine with a child's sleeping space.
Enclosed garden (100 m²).
Services provided by the owners:
- Wood heating via the stove (wood provided free of charge).
- Bed linen, towels, and household linen provided free of charge.
- Baby equipment: cot, high chair, playpen, baby bouncer.
Optional service:
- Cleaning fee: €30, a deposit of the same amount will be required upon arrival. The room is located on the first floor of the house.
