The house comprises, on the ground floor: a separate kitchen, a living/dining room, a separate toilet, and bedroom #1 with a double bed (140x190 cm) and an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you will find four further bedrooms (each with a double bed (140x190 cm)), a separate shower room (shower, sink), and a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet). Four of the five bedrooms have a television.

[i] Heating included, bed linen provided (beds made upon arrival for your comfort), towels and kitchen towels provided. Additional charge: End-of-stay cleaning of €100 (mandatory cleaning for business stays).

For business stays of one month or more, a mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €150/month applies (cleaning will be done at the end of each month, including a change of bed linen and towels).

[P] One parking space in the driveway for a small vehicle. Free street parking is also available. (If needed, a secure garage for your vehicles is available 300 meters from the house upon request to the owners.) This accommodation is NOT accessible to people with reduced mobility.
