Hiking trails start right from the house. Strategically located between Sancerre, Briare, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye (pottery), Guédelon, Pouilly-sur-Loire (Pouilly-Fumé), La Charité (a town of art and history), and the banks of the Loire River (canoeing). An ideal base for discovering all the heritage, natural beauty, and culinary delights of the region. Come and relax in a spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very well-equipped house. Enjoy a lovely view of the Nièvre countryside from the terrace. Free street parking, and a restaurant just steps from the house. Market in the church square every Tuesday.
The house is set back from the street; the other house is uninhabited. The front courtyard is enclosed, and a Green Up charging point is available for electric vehicles (€10/charge).

But it's at the rear of the house that you'll find a large, enclosed terrace with no overlooking neighbors and a beautiful view of the countryside.

On the ground floor: a large, fully equipped kitchen, a bright and spacious living room with access to the terrace, TV, fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, an office, a toilet with a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer. Access to the first floor is via a somewhat steep staircase. The landing leads to three bedrooms: one bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm); two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x200cm), an office, and a bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet.
Small dogs are accepted upon request. Not wheelchair accessible.
